This role will be supporting the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) platform.
This person will be leading the help desk team as a Tier lll engineer, providing IT support and ensuring that the solutions align with the strategic objectives of the customer.
You will be a member of the platform support team, and provide service design, transition, and operation , ensuring the services are aligned with the needs of the customer. You will use Jira Service Manager tools, vSphere, and other tools to monitor and maintain the PCTE platform to ensure its at peak performance.
Required Experience/Qualifications

5-8 years of directly related experience supporting help desk operation
